And as they rise up to the occasion, they all stand amongst each other avoiding their eyes to meet and tossing around the room.
Don’t you know who you are?
They all look up, continuing to avoid the connection.
It is no wonder we have forgotten the Truth of our Souls. We cannot even stand in a room with the other.
They ponder and wait for something other than the bitter silence that pierces their Essence.
Wake up, wake up;
Can’t you see our Father waiting?
Can’t you hear our Mother’s call?
Is it not them we look for in the darkest of nights?
Tell me,
don’t you know who you are?
And they look around at each other, meeting eyes and all, looking for the slightest of solace in another’s confusion.
They did not know.
