Running, Running, Running in the cycles of Samsara

Do we know of nothing else?

As the night falls along with my heavy eye lids, it seems as if no moment passes to the next as I reopen them to wake.

Where does the time go?

Some days are easier than others.

This morning I reset my alarm about 4 times until I jumped out of bed from the 5th one.

Immediately, I put myself on my mat and began my back stretches and energy boosters.

I connected with myself and Source and pulled a card.

Temperance, I received.

Balance and Harmony,

Patience and Moderation.

Taking the middle path.

I loved receiving this card. I feel as if it’s a reflection of my energy spent yesterday.

Hours, I had spent, delving into the principles of Taoism while cleaning the smallest of details at my job.

Avoiding extremities is the theme.

Balance. Flow.

Flow.

Sleeping and waking, again and again. Every day.

When are we truly awake? And when do we truly sleep? It all feels the same to me but a rest of the eyes during dark hours.

Mid-way, I awake to write something small. My mind, as alert as possible in the moment and then the next, out again.

What are these cycles? The ebb and flow of life? The ebb and flow of nature. The ebb and flow of Tao.

Samsara.

What can I say to those who ask?

Where am I going? I don’t know.

I wish I did.

I’m just traveling.

Traveling and walking.

Walking and traveling.

In endless cycles,

running, running, running.

I hope your day is grand.
