This present moment is all there is and there is nothing more.
As I sit and watch my podcast‘s audio being converted, I think of all the things I could do to make this a better experience.
Originally I say this as in, why is it so hard to convert this damn file?
Now that I actually reflect this thought, the only way to make this a better experience is to be here now.
This present moment is a gift and that’s all there is.
Whether the file converts or not, will I let it ruin my day?
Will I lose this feeling of presence and Divinity in order to feel frustrated over slow technology?
I THINK NOT!
Either way,
today has started off slow.
It’s beginning to get very hot here in Los Angeles.
I made my way to work today trying to skate under every inch of shade, avoiding the sun and it’s burning rays.
Grateful, grateful, grateful.
Without the sun we wouldn’t be here.
And without you,
I wouldn’t be here.
So thank you.
