It’s easy for me now to tell who has a strong relationship with God and who doesn’t. I’ve seen those who believe but don’t talk much of Him, those who avoid the conversation, and those who can’t even utter the word “God”.
A few years ago, I had made it my mission to explore all this Universe has to offer and see how others perceive it as well. This was before my relationship with God had become strong. Now, my aim hasn’t changed much other than the addition of spreading The Word and News.
For those who don’t know me well or even at all may think I’m speaking of the Bible and the News of Jesus’ resurrection. But the truth is that’s only part of it. There is so much more to God than one religion, one way. Though He can be found on one path, I’ve made it part of my life’s purpose to explore various ways to Him and share them with others so that they too may find Him in their own way.
I pray for the opportunity to always hear and understand scripture and Truth so that I may speak it back easily and share it with others.
There’s a mantra in Sanskrit that goes: Lokāḥ Samastāḥ Sukhino Bhavantu which means may all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may my words and actions contribute to that Truth. This mantra I understand more clearly now.
We’re currently in an age that I can’t predict the turn out of. Some say we will ascend to a “golden age” while others see it as the end of times. And some, don’t think anything at all. Whatever it may be, there’s a spiritual revolution happening and the light of God is shining down on it.
As I watch things unfold, the most I can do is be a space for those who are ready to learn and a beacon of light when it’s needed. I do hope we’re entering a new age but until then, Lokāḥ Samastāḥ Sukhino Bhavantu.
