Are you still around?

I’m running in darkness calling out your name, listening for a response back.

The black space that continues to fill the air fumes of acrylic paint.

There, I see myself pouring grease over my own head as my eye lids struggle to open.

It is my own doing.

And so, I call out your name.

Are you still around?

I’m sorry I’ve been distant. I’ll have you know your the closest to my heart that you’ve ever been.

I’ll get back on my schedule soon. Then you can expect my posts to be regularly posted in the mornings as they’ve always been.

What have you been up to?

I’ve been filling my days with my studio job while trying to manage the few hours I have left for myself.

As things progress, they will change. This is how it always works.

Other than that, I’ve been inspired to write. Where? I don’t know. Maybe in my head.

If you’d like to keep up to date with thewritingsofnatalia, I suggest following me on Instagram. I post content on there daily.

Thursday will be upon me in no time and then the weekend. I look forward to it.

Let’s talk tomorrow?
