It’s morning and I am cold, shivering in My Love’s sweater.
After a beautiful morning flow and workout, I watch my Haku groom herself at the door of our balcony.
She stares out at the possibilities behind the screen while my heart stops a bit at the thought of her getting hurt. A true mom I am at this point.
It’s a new day and I also think of the possibilities that will be presented to me.
During this major time of transformation, I’ve been taking it slow.
The Lord has been allowing me the rest that I need.
The full moon’s energy is leaking on to even this day and my dreams are more vivid bringing up thoughts that remain hidden deep in my heart.
Release, release, release.
In times like these, meditation is key. I’ve been allowed this time as well.
Yesterday and I did 6 rounds of Anulom-Vilom Pranayama.
Pranayama is one of the 8 limbs of Yoga. It translates to energy control or breath control. There are various types of Pranayama practice.
As anxiety creeped up on me at a very fast rate last night, I put on calming music to ease my vata energy and began controlling my breath.
20 minutes later, I was calm and full of creative energy.

I look forward to what this business will turn into. I have a strong vision for it and every moment that passes, my anticipation grows.
Yet still I am enjoying the journey. Every second of it.
My Love asked me last night, What are you working on? And I don’t know why that felt so good to hear.
Instead of what are you doing? He knew I was working on something. It made me feel not only productive but recognized for my work.
Maybe it’s an ego thing.
